About Us

Holloway-Watkins & Associates, Inc., A Professional Real Estate Company, was founded in 1979 by Juanice Holloway and Jackie Watkins.  Jackie and her husband were transferred out of town in 1987, leaving Juanice the sole owner of the business.  

Juanice has served as President of the Shreveport-Bossier Board of Realtors and later had the honor of being named Realtor of the Year.  She continues to be active on committees at the local Board and previously has served on committees for the Louisiana Realtors Association. 

As a member of RELO, a national relocation network, Holloway-Watkins offers clients and customers access to real estate agents and information throughout the United States and abroad.  Our close affiliation with several local builders allows us to assist clients and customers in finding reputable contractors and accessing the latest developments.
